Delivery Information

At Cheshire Online Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring that your medication is delivered safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All orders are dispatched from our pharmacy once they have been reviewed and approved by one of our prescribers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as Royal Mail or courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high demand periods. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times or dates.

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. The sender name on the package will appear as "COP Ltd" to maintain confidentiality.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Recorded Delivery

£3.99

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Items are usually delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Standard Delivery

£5.99

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Items are usually delivered within 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery.

DPD

£7.99

Dispatched via DPD. Items are usually delivered within 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number and can choose a preferred delivery time.

Express Delivery

£12.99

Dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Items are delivered the next working day by 1pm from the date of dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK

We deliver to Northern Ireland and other non-mainland UK addresses. However, please be aware that delivery times may be longer than those quoted for mainland UK addresses. Additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote or island locations, and you will be notified of any additional charges before your order is confirmed.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

Failed Delivery Policy

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card advising you of the next steps. This may include re-delivery on a subsequent day, collection from a local depot, or delivery to a neighbouring address. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection.

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that a re-delivery charge of £10.00 may apply. If you would like to cancel your order instead, please contact us and we will process a refund minus the original delivery charge and any applicable administration fees.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before dispatch. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Safe Place Delivery Policy

If you have requested a safe place delivery or if the courier deems it appropriate, your parcel may be left in a secure location without a signature. This could be a porch, garage, or with a neighbour. The courier will leave a card or send a notification advising you of where your parcel has been left.

Please note that once a parcel has been delivered to your safe place or a neighbour, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. Cheshire Online Pharmacy cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed.

If you are concerned about the safety of your delivery, we recommend choosing a delivery option that requires a signature. If your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee a replacement in these circumstances.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit and has not been delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take up to 10 working days to be resolved. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or provide a full refund.
