Complaint Acknowledgement & Response

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

Within 20 working days, we will either provide a full response or an update explaining delays.

If You Are Not Satisfied

You may escalate your complaint to:

  • General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR)

Time Limits

Complaints should be made within 12 months of the issue, though exceptions may apply.
